Handbuilt in Siena, Italy
Steel is Real.
Bespoke vintage-style racing bicycles. Silver-brazed, hand-painted, and built to order for the discerning gentleman.
The Soul of Italian Cycling
In the rolling hills of Siena, where the legendary Strade Bianche carve through the vineyards, Officina Veloce keeps the golden age of cycling alive.
We believe that a bicycle should be more than a machine; it should be a work of art that moves you. We reject mass-produced carbon fiber in favor of the timeless ride quality, durability, and elegance of premium Italian steel.
Passione, Sudore e Polvere.
We build bicycles for those who ride for the pure joy of it. For those who appreciate the mechanical symphony of a Campagnolo derailleur and the scent of a leather Brooks saddle.
The Anatomy of Veloce
Columbus SLX
We use only the finest Italian steel tubing, offering that legendary "springy" ride quality that absorbs road chatter while delivering power.
Silver Brazing
Our frames are joined using intricate micro-fusion lugs and low-temperature silver brazing, ensuring maximum strength and beautiful, sweeping joints.
Hand-Polished Chrome
Forks, chainstays, and lugs are heavily plated in copper, nickel, and finally chrome, providing a mirror finish that lasts generations.
The Machines
Three classic geometries, tailored to your measurements.
La Strade Bianche (Gravel)
Wider tire clearance and relaxed geometry for exploring unpaved Tuscan roads.
La Pista (Track)
Pure, unfiltered speed. A minimalist fixed-gear frame for the velodrome or the city.
The Build Process
La Misura (Measurement)
You provide your biometric data, and we draft a custom frame geometry optimized for your riding style and flexibility.
La Fiamma (The Flame)
Tubes are mitered to the millimeter and silver-brazed into ornate lugs on our heavy cast-iron alignment table.
La Verniciatura (Paint)
Multiple coats of deep, wet-look enamel are applied, baked, and finished with hand-painted gold leaf pinstriping.

From the Peloton
"Riding an Officina Veloce over the white roads of Tuscany is a spiritual experience. The steel frame absorbs everything, yet accelerates like a thoroughbred. It's not a bike, it's a time machine."
Framebuilder's FAQ
No. We specialize exclusively in steel. While carbon is lighter, steel offers unparalleled ride quality, longevity, and classical aesthetics.
Yes. If you request an "Eroica Build", we will ensure the frame has non-aero cable routing, downtube shifter bosses, and toe-clip compatible geometry.
Because every frame is handbuilt by one master builder, our current lead time is approximately 6 to 8 months from the time of deposit.
